Scotiabank Road to Success Program

The Scotiabank Road to Success Program is a Financial Literacy and Work Readiness initiative geared towards Grade 7-10 students in high schools across Jamaica. Volunteers from Scotiabank dedicate an entire day towards teaching the JA Economics for Success Program to over 50 high schools and culminates with an Innovation Camp where all the students come together for a day of activities and competitions. FSC School Financial Education Program

The Financial Services Commission of Jamaica has a mandate to ensure students are financially literate. One of the ways they carry out this function is through partnering with JA to deliver the JA Personal Finance Program to select schools across the country. This initiative includes class sessions, field trips to different finance related institutions such as the Bank of Jamaica Money Museum and the Jamaica Stock Exchange.

JACE SEED Marketing Maven Competition

November 6 - November 28

COMPETITION: Marketing Maven The Marketing Maven Competition is designed for the JACE SEED in school student companies. Each student company can apply. The competition is to be led by the Vice President of Marketing and the marketing team. Student companies should submit their written marketing plan to include social media, print media and in person / at school marketing activities. COMPETITION: JA Stock Market Challenge (JASMC) The JASMC will help promote a general understanding of the stock markets and the economy and create awareness about the role of the stock market in a country's economic development. Champions for Youth Awards Banquet

The Champions for Youth Awards Banquet is a premiere event hosted by Junior Achievement Jamaica that recognize and award the top teacher in each parish as well as select principals who have been integral in the implementation of JA Programs in their respective schools.
